SeaScape Inn keeps policies straightforward—no fine print, just the basics travelers need to know.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and runs until 10:30 PM. Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

ID & Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in and are required to present a valid government-issued ID along with a credit or debit card.

Deposit & Payments

A refundable damage deposit may be required at check-in. The amount is typically held on a card and released after checkout, pending room inspection.

Pets

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals as defined by ADA guidelines.

Smoking Policy

This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms or public areas.

Parking

Free on-site parking is available but limited—offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by booking channel. Most reservations offer free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival, but non-refundable rates may apply during peak periods.

Accessibility

There is no elevator. Guests requiring ground-floor rooms are advised to request one at the time of booking.
